Bullet Train, directed by David Leitch, is an adaptation of Kotaro Isaka’s 2010 smash thriller Maria Beetle. Our ladybug, the ubiquitous emblem of pleasure, is referred to in the title as another term for ladybug. On the other hand, he cannot see the comedy in his new code name since he believes he is the world’s most unfortunate person. Something happens at work that causes things to spiral out of control. His mission is to steal a certain briefcase, which he finds surprisingly simple. It’s a different thing getting off the train unnoticed. His bad luck begins when he discovers that he has misplaced his train ticket, but it quickly becomes clear that the entire train is filled with assassins who are all out for one other unintentionally. When the suitcase’s owners discover it has been taken, a cunning cat-and-mouse game ensues, which rapidly degenerates into a raucous game of monkey cages.
